The thickness of aluminum material is 0.265-0.32mm,.The raw materials component is AA4343/AA3003/AA7072 and other new type aluminum alloys.
We comply to strict inspection system for radiator tubes to gurantee functional quality and outer appearance.
Burst test:
It's an important test to check if the tube can endure enough pressure.We take this test during production in frequent times. The attached photos are samples after test.
